Katie McManus – Business Development Manager

Despite playing the wicked Queen for her local amateur dramatics society, you’ll find Katie is friendly and approachable, especially if you want to talk about working for Novello.

Katie is our Business Development Manager, and she helps newly recruited surveyors to complete their training. She also manages business-to-business referrals and marketing and sales.

Professional Qualifications

Katie passed her Diploma in Advertising with a distinction and received the Lord McGregor award for top student.

What made Kate want to work in business development?

Katie says she enjoys helping people achieve their goals which means building solid relationships. She says finding the right surveyors to work for Novello is thrilling, and she enjoys the process of finding and persuading surveyors to join the team.

Hobbies and Interests

Katie likes to keep busy in her free time as well. She plays netball, volunteers in a charity shop that supports the homeless, and helps at events for her local animal rescue centre. She also enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter.
