  • Roger Hill gave us 5 star rating

Discovered Novello by chance and was very impressed! Simon Hubbard was efficient, arrived on time and provided a detailed report on a somewhat difficult problem. Now I know where to go when I need a good independent surveyor!

  • Christina Michaels gave us 5 star rating

I would highly recommend Novello Chartered Surveyors. From the beginning the staff were extremely helpful, efficient and answered all our questions as first time buyers. Lewis Emms carried out our survey and we were extremely impressed that he delivered his report to us with 24hours of carrying it out. He was also very generous with his time on the phone before the survey, after the survey and again when we had more questions! Wouldn’t hestitate to use them again. Unlike other surveyors they got our appointment in very quickly, stuck to one survey a day, and the whole process was so smooth. Great customer service.
