Now in its 17th year, The Negotiator Awards is recognised as the UK’s leading independent awards programme for the residential property industry, celebrating excellence across estate and letting agents, suppliers, and surveyors.

This year saw a record-breaking number of entries across 35 categories, making our shortlisting an achievement we’re extremely proud of. It’s a true reflection of our team’s commitment to providing trusted, professional surveying services.

The winners will be announced at the black-tie gala dinner on 28th November at Grosvenor House, London, attended by more than 1,000 property professionals from across the UK.
